The 5th Annual Bradley Barnhardt Memorial Golf Tournament was held on Saturday, November 5th, 2011 at Corbin Hills Golf Club in Salisbury, NC. Synergy Soccer Alliance, Inc. is a non-profit organization located in China Grove, North Carolina. Our goal is to assist other organizations who provide care for individuals afflicted with chronic diseases as well as those organizations who are researching a cure for these diseases. We achieve this goal by hosting various events and donating all proceeds from these events to help promote the "care and cure" for chronic diseases.





The Synergy soccer team was a youth select soccer team in the late 80s, early 90s. In 1996 we lost one of our own, Bradley Barnhardt, to cancer. Over the years, we have been involved in many charitable events to honor his memory and to help fight cancer. In 2008, we decided to create a charity of our own to further this cause. All the board members of Synergy Soccer Alliance are former Synergy soccer teammates of Bradley.
